I taught Art in Indianapolis, Indiana at Riverside Elementary School #44 for 29 years. During this time I taught up to three generations of some of the this neighborhood's families. I have now retired from teaching. I miss the kids and my school, but I now have time to do my own art work, which includes working with clay and doing computer graphics. One of my goals was to put up a web page and share my elementary art lesson plans. I have gotten a lot of interesting letters from teaching students, teachers and some parents looking for art lessons. I have enjoyed each and every one of them, for they have made the time put into this website very worthwhile.
Now it is 11 years later, and I am planning on closing down my web site, but I am replacing it with a blog of my lesson plans. This will probably take a while, so my web site will remain until all is finished.
